Our Paella is made to order and includes Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, Clams & Squid topped with Grilled Langoustine on a bed of Bomba Rice....

Legend holds that the Tapas tradition began when King Alfonso O Astrólogo of Castile miraculously recovered from illness by drinking wine with small dishes between meals. Health regained, the King ordered that all wine in Spain must be served with a Tapa.
